A year ago, VSE Aviation acquired Watts Aviation, and we are excited to announce that as of 9 September 2024, Watts Aviation Services Limited has officially rebranded as VSE Aviation Limited. This change enables us to offer our global customers an expanded portfolio of products and services under the VSE brand. We want to assure you that this is not a merger, but purely a name change. This communication is intended to explain the minimal impact on your operations and address any key questions you may have.
